| The University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Department of Athletics invites applications in a national search for the position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach. This full-time position is responsible for leading, managing and administering all aspects of the Division I women’s soccer program in accordance with NCAA, conference and University rules and regulations while: 1) creating an atmosphere where graduation is facilitated through participation in intercollegiate athletics, 2) teaching student-athletes to be productive citizens who contribute to society for life, and 3) winning championships. The new head coach’s ability to achieve those three goals is facilitated by: 1) a fully funded scholarship budget, 2) the assistance of two full-time assistant coaches and a full-time director of operations, and 3) competitive operating and recruiting budgets. |
