Babson Women’s Soccer invites applications for the part-time position of Goalkeeper Coach. This motivated person will assist the full-time staff in the training and development of goal keepers in a competitive NCAA DIII women’s soccer program.
Start Date: August 18, 2017: weekday practices range between 2:30-5:00p.m.: preseason training dates are August 19-31: games are generally Tuesdays / Saturdays Duties include, but are not limited to: • planning and supervising the goal keeper training sessions and games • Develop goalkeepers' technical competencies • Develop goalkeepers' understanding of team play • Develop goalkeepers' leadership capacity
The candidate should be able to demonstrate effectiveness in coaching college level players, supervisory skills, and the ability to relate to students in a leadership role. Understanding of student-athletes in a demanding academic environment and a commitment to the highest ideals of leadership, sportsmanship and academics are important.
Bachelor degree required. Collegiate level playing and coaching experience is strongly preferred. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary to effectively complete job tasks. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required.

Additional Salary Information: Compensation range will be determined by level of time commitment with high end being $3,000 for attending training sessions and games
