Wilmington College (Ohio) is seeking five (5) coaching interns. Each position is a two-year internship. Each intern will be assigned to one of the following sports:•Men’s and Women’s Swimming / Men’s and Women’s Cross Country (dual responsibility)•Baseball •Men’s and Women’s Track and Field•Women’s Soccer / Women’s Lacrosse (dual responsibility)•Men’s Soccer / Men’s Lacrosse (dual responsibility)Successful candidates will play an integral role in the recruiting of prospective student-athletes. They will also be highly motivated, demonstrate ability to work both independently and as part of a team, have strong organizational and time management skills, exhibit excellent oral and written communication, and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Each intern will work directly with the head coach(es) of their respective sport(s), as well as the office of admissions. Bachelor’s degree is required. Previous coaching and recruiting experience is preferred. Each intern will be provided with a stipend and room and board.
