We seek one individual for a full-time contract position that combines two existing part-time roles: Senior Staff Coach and Facility Manager.
As a Senior Staff Coach, you will lead training sessions for our U7-U10 Academy Program and for teams in our U11-U19 Select (D1/D2) Program. Sessions will generally run from 5-8:30pm on weeknights when in season. You will also observe matches for teams in these programs (generally on Saturdays), and assist the Technical Director with evaluating, tracking, and monitoring the individual development of our players in these programs.
As our Facility Manager, you will be responsible for tracking inventory, managing practice schedules, scheduling routine equipment maintenance, ordering and receiving supplies, and assisting with other administrative tasks. In addition, the Facility Manager will perform routine maintenance of the playing fields on a year-round basis (mowing, fertilizing, weed control, pest control, field marking, etc.).
Work hours will be variable and non-traditional, often requiring work during evenings and weekends. This is a 40-hour per week position, but specific duties and work hours will adjust throughout the year to fit current demands.

Be qualified to serve as a Senior Staff Coach for our Academy and Select Programs. At a minimum, this requires a US Soccer National "D" License or NSCAA National Diploma, with higher licenses strongly preferred. Applicants must have meaningful playing experience (the ability to demonstrate high-level skills) and meaningful experience coaching youth soccer players (at least 4 years of continuous coaching experience). Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated commitment to coaching education, and will be expected to pursue advanced coaching licenses on an ongoing basis.
Be qualified to serve as a Facility Manager. This will require demonstrated organizational and communication skills; the applicant must be proficient with the use of standard office management software and web-based applications. Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred. The Facility Manager will perform routine maintenance of the playing fields on a year-round basis (mowing, fertilizing, weed control, pest control, field marking, etc.), and must be physically able to perform these functions.

Additional Salary Information: Contract position, paid monthly; base compensation and incentives commensurate with job duties and applicant experience.
