SABA has trained and coached players throughout the tri-state area since 1999. Although as a training Academy, SABA has shown the ability to build successful programs at other clubs. In 2012 the program restructured to establish independence and create a distinct brand. Committed to values that won’t compromise the quality of the club, SABA NYC maintains a soccer culture that keeps player needs at the forefront and not those of adults with individual agendas. Over 300 players currently represent SABA throughout our teams in Brooklyn, NY. Teams play in various leagues and divisions throughout the tri-state area.
The club is looking to add a few full-time, part-time, and assistant coaches for the Fall 2018 season. More information on the club and its programs can be found on SABANYC.com
Full-time Positions require:
Availability to train from 4-7 pm, Mondays through Thursday
Flexibility to lead 3-4 teams on weekends, depending on league schedules and club requirements
Part-time positions require:
Availability to train 4-7pm on either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
Flexibility to lead 1-2 teams on weekends, depending on league schedules and club requirements
Assistant Coaching positions require:
Availability to assist the current head coach’s sessions on Monday through Thursday. Must be able to commit to 1.5 hour sessions from 4-5:30 or 5:30-7pm on either days. Assistant coaches will be asked to work alongside
*Assistant coaches may be asked to coach games on weekends, depending on club requirements.
Candidates will be selected based on:
Their background in the education field and knowledge of coaching content
Playing experience (club, college, pro)
Ability and willingness to work with various age groups and levels (A, B, C)
Ability to drive to multiple games each weekend

About SABA NYC (Brooklyn)
SABA NYC is a development based travel club based in Brooklyn, New York. SABA trains age groups U7 to U18 on the boys side and U7-U13 on the girls side. The organization was established 19-years ago and recently became its own independent self-run travel club in 2012.
