Buffalo State College invites applications for the position of Head Men’s Soccer Coach. This is a 12-month, full-time position with excellent benefits that reports directly to the Director of Athletics.
The Head Men’s Soccer Coach is directly responsible for all aspects of the men’s soccer program, which includes, but not limited to: the recruitment of quality student-athletes; practice and game preparation; scheduling and budget management; hiring, supervising and evaluating assistant coaching staff; adherence to all NCAA Division III, SUNYAC and institutional policies and procedures. Secondary responsibilities include assisting in the management of the Fitness Center.

Bachelor’s degree; established record of soccer coaching experience at the collegiate level; proven ability to recruit quality student-athletes; excellent communication skills, strong computer skills; a commitment to the values of NCAA Division III athletics; strong organizational and leadership skills.
